1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trivmo’s mobile apps, website, or services (“Services”) provided by QNeesh, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract.
  • You must not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
  • We may require identity or age verification and may deny access if verification fails.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users and the platform.
  • You agree not to share your account, use another user’s account, or misrepresent your identity.

4. User Conduct

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior.
  • No illegal content or activity, including fraud, solicitation for illegal services, or distribution of illegal materials.
  • No spamming, scraping, or automated access. Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services.
  • No impersonation or use of others’ photos without consent. No content involving minors.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

5. Safety

  • Trivmo does not conduct criminal background checks; always use caution and meet in public places.
  • Report suspicious or abusive behavior using in-app tools or at support@trivmo.com.
  • We may investigate reports and cooperate with law enforcement consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Content Rights

  • You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Trivmo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Services.
  • You warrant you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe others’ rights.
  • We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium features may require payment. Prices and features may change; we will inform you of changes where required.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel via your app store or account settings.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are handled per platform policies and applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee matches, dates, or outcomes. You assume all risk when interacting with other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, QNeesh, LLC, Trivmo, and their affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
  • Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QNeesh, LLC, Trivmo, their affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms or to protect users or the platform.
  • You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., licenses you granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app, email, or the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QNeesh, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
